What does it measure?
Hemogram
The Hemogram is a part of the blood test that provides us with the count of red and white blood cells and platelets. An abnormal increase or decrease in cell counts could indicate an undiagnosed condition that requires further evaluation.
Blood Group and Rh Factor
Karyotype
The karyotype is an analysis that allows studying the number and shape of chromosomes in human cells that serves to detect congenital and acquired diseases.
RPR-Syphilis
It is a sexually transmitted disease caused by a bacterium that remains in the body of the infected person. If not treated in time, it can cause serious health consequences and the infection can be transmitted to the baby during pregnancy, childbirth or breastfeeding.
HIV I-II
It consists of a test to detect and differentiate antibodies against types 1 and 2 of the human immunodeficiency virus, called HIV-1 and HIV-2 through a blood sample.
HBs Ag
This is a blood test to diagnose hepatitis B. All pregnant women should take the hepatitis B diagnostic test, since if positive, this disease can be transmitted to the baby.
HBs Antibodies
This test is performed to detect the presence of positive Hepatitis B antibodies. In this way, the disease can be diagnosed and possible damage to the baby can be prevented, since a mother who tests positive can transmit this disease to her child.
HBc IgM / IgG
